Overtravel Light is ON Over Travel Limit Reached Check Over Travel Limits
Overtravel Light is Flashing Over/Under Capacity (if load
sensing option is included)
Confirm that load is within
the capacity of the hoist
Vortek hoist will not move when
commanded
Main Power Turned Off Turn on Main Disconnect
E-Stop Button pressed Check all E-Stop buttons
Motor overloaded Wait for automatic reset
Hoist has reached limit switch Move hoist in opposite
direction of travel
