If you select

CHEESE

menu, Wine Master Deluxe

gives you an alphabetical list of
cheeses, starting with ASIAGO,
BLUE CHEESE, BRIE, etc. If
you select CAMEMBERT, for
example, CHAMPAGNE and
CABERNET SAUVIGNON are
given as wines that would agree
with your selected cheese.

If you select

FOOD BY WINE

from the

FOOD + WINE

menu,

Wine Master Deluxe tells you
which foods are recommended
for a varietal of wine. Make your
selection from an alphabetical list
of varietals of wines—

CABERNET SAUVIGNON,
CHARDONNAY

MERLOT

, etc. If

you select

CHARDONNAY

, for

example, Wine Master Deluxe

suggests

ASPARAGUS, AVOCADO,

LOBSTER

and

POULTRY

as

appropriate food pairings.
