9.4.2. Special Effects
- Position the scroll bar to the beginning of the segment that you want to apply the
special effect.
- Click on to mark the Start Edit Point.
- Position the scroll bar to the ending of the segment that you want to apply the special
effect.
- Click on to mark the End Edit Point.
- Select a special effect from the list of available special effects.
- Click on to apply the change.
