** The furnace head does not reach
the target position. The furnace head does not open / close correctly. The furnace head was
manually moved or is obstructed. The furnace head must only be operated
using the keys intended for this purpose!

** No Vacuum is not released. The vacuum cannot be released. The vacuum valve might be dirty or stuck.
Contact your Service Center.
33 Required vacuum (xxx mbar) is
not reached within 1 min. The vacuum cannot be built-up. Check the seal of the firing chamber,
vacuum hose, vacuum pump and pump fuse.
106 Timer active – device is in stand-
by The program cannot be started, because the unit was put into stand-by
mode by the timer (heating turned off). Deactivate the timer or extend the
time frame to be able to execute programs.
110 HV > H (H2) Enter a lower value for HV or a higher value for H (H2).
111 Max. number firing protocols
reached The maximum number of firing program protocol entries has been reached.
An additional protocol will delete / overwrite existing entries.
150 Memory error Internal memory error. Re-start the furnace.
513 No Error press drive initialization Press drive is not initialized. Please switch the furnace off and on again.
520 Yes Error investment ring crack CDS Crack Detection System has been activated. The program has been
aborted and the press plunger has been moved backwards. CDS could

800 Final vacuum is not reached The required final vacuum value cannot be reached. Check the vacuum
pump.
801 Vacuum drop An unacceptable vacuum drop has occurred.
802 The vacuum does not increase
(self-test). No vacuum increase could be measured! Check the following points: Is the
firing chamber tight (no contamination on the sealing surfaces)? Is the
vacuum hose connected? Is the vacuum pump connected? Is the fuse F1
OK?
803 The vacuum system is not tight. The tightness of the vacuum system is not given. Check the sealing sur-
faces for possible contamination.

Pre-heating to 962 °C Error during calibration. Sample may not be correctly inserted. Try again
with a new sample and make sure that the sample makes ample contact.
1501 Yes Note -> firing hours The heating muffle has been in use for **** firing hours. Please perform a
heating test (diagnosis) and follow the notes in the Operating Instructions.
1510 T is > VT at the start of a firing
program The temperature in the firing chamber is higher than the predrying
temperature. Press START to continue the program despite the error
message.
1522 SW update:
Error during update An error has occurred during the software update. Do NOT switch the
furnace off and try again. If the error reoccurs, try conducting the update
via the USB interface.
