Guide to Controls
1. Coffee position for beverage dispensing or self cleaning
2. OFF position
3. Steam position for hot steam and milk frothing
4. LED Indicator (circle)
a) Steady blue colour indicates ready to dispense coffee or other beverage
b) Steady red colour indicates ready to dispense steam
c) Blinking for either colour indicates pre-heating for either beverage or steam.
5. Buttons
a) Left: Press once to dispense small cup (30mL) or repeat to start/stop beverage flow
b) Middle: Start/stop steam dispensing
c) Right: Press once to dispense large cup (60mL) or repeat to start/stop beverage flow
1. Start up
Fill the water tank with fresh clean water, pure water is strongly recommended to avoid scale in the
machine. The water level should be between the Min. and Max. positions. Switch on the machine
at the On/Off switch and the machine will then be preheated. Check the following procedure for
coffee/ espresso brewing or system cleaning before first use.
2. Coffee/Espresso brewing
Firstly, switch on the machine at the On/Off switch, and it starts preheating. Turn the Coffee/Steam
selection knob clockwise to the Coffee position (cup icon). When the blue indicator is blinking it
shows the machine is preheating; when the machine is ready, blue indicator stops blinking and is
constantly illuminated.
