Additional Rinsing

If additional rinsing is required, set the timer knob
on the RINSE/FILL portion of the Normal setting
of the REGULAR cycle. After the fill is completed
and agitation has started, push the timer knob in.
This will stop the washer. To complete the rinsing,
TURN THE TIMER KNOB TO THE
RINSE/AGITATE PORTION OF THE RINSE
SETTING OF THE REGULAR CYCLE. Pull the
timer knob out to start agitation and complete the
remainder of the cycle.

NOTE: Make sure the washer begins to agitate
when the timer knob is pulled out to assure that
the washer does not begin to fill again. If washer
does not agitate, push timer knob in and move
indicator farther into the Rinse setting.

See arrows below for proper RINSE/FILL and
RINSE/AGITATE positions.

Soaking

Set the timer knob on the SOAK/FILL portion of
the Normal setting of the REGULAR cycle. Place
the soaking product and clothes load into the
washtub. Pull timer knob to start washer fill. After
fill is completed and agitation has started, push the
timer knob in. This will stop the washer. When the
clothes have soaked the desired length of time,
TURN THE TIMER KNOB TO THE SOAK/SPIN
PORTION AT THE END OF THE RINSE
SETTING OF THE REGULAR CYCLE to allow
the washer to properly drain and spin. See arrows in
illustration below for proper SOAK/FILL and
SOAK/RINSE positions.

IMPORTANT: Do not use the Rinse setting to fill
the washer for soaking.

CAUTION: Failure to turn the timer knob to the
spin cycle and completely drain the washtub
after soaking will result in the washer
overflowing and cause property damage.
