VOX Gain
To select a VOX gain level.
Available options Off / Level  / Level  / Level  / Level

SQL
To select an appropriate squelch level.
Available options Open / Level  / Level  / Level  /
Level  / Level 5 / Level 6 / Level 7 / Level 8 / Level 9

Note: Higher gain level represents higher
sensitivity. If this option is set to Off, the
VOX feature will not work even if it is
enabled.
Note: Higher squelch level requires stronger
signal for the radio to unmute. If this
option is set to Open, the radio will keep
unmuted irrespective of the satisfaction
Key Lock
The keypad will be locked automatically after the time
set for the Key Lock option elapses.
Available options: Off / 5s / 0s / 5s / 0s / 60s
Backlight
To set the time duration that the backlight will keep lit.
Available options: Off / Infinite / 5s / 15s / 30s / 60s
Alert VOL
To set the volume level for alert tone (decoding alert).
Available options: Off / Level  / Level  / Level  / Level
 / Level 5

Note: If this option is set to Off, the keypad will
not get locked automatically.
Note: If this option is set to Off, the backlight
will always remain disabled. If it is set
to Infinite, the backlight will remain
illuminated all the time.
