Cabinet has odor
– Foods with strong odors should be tightly covered.
– Check for spoiled food.
– Interior may need cleaning.
– Keep an open box of baking soda in refrigerator. (Replace every 3 months.)
Ice making stops after working for a long period
– Ice sensor bar is locked in the turn-off position (Drawing 1). Press down
the sensor bar.
– Water supply is cut off.
– Low water pressure
– High temperature in the freezer compartment
Ice is melting
– No power
– The door of the freezer compartment is not closed properly.
Ice cubes stick in the ice compartment or block the ice tray
– Water may cause calcification in the ice compartment. Use vinegar to
clean it.
– Temperature in the freezer compartment is too low. Adjust the
thermostat.
Size variation in the ice cubes
– Melt water in the freezer compartment flows into the ice compartment.
Defrost the freezer.
– There is some residual water in the ice storage area.
– The refrigerator is not level. Adjust the legs.
