GENERAL PARTS IDENTIFICATION

Steps for installing Handle and Wheels

TOOLS NEEDED

Pliers

3/8" Wrench

7/16" Wrench

1.

HANDLE- Used to transport washer.

2. FRAME ASSEMBLY- Protects pump and engine.

3. PRESSURE WASHER GUN- Used to control

flow of water coming from pump.

4. WAND AND NOZZLE- Metal thru construction

with brass thread connections and durable stainless
steel nozzle for added durability.

5. GAS TANK- Holds fuel for engine.

6. PRESSURE WASHER PUMP-Delivers 1500 PSI

at 3.0 GPM for optimal cleaning. Pump is shipped
with oil.

7. VIBRATION ISOLATOR- Isolators reduce frame

vibration and eliminates walking.

8. SIPHON TUBE AND FILTER- Used to pick up

detergents, degreasers, etc. for cleaning.

9. WATER INLET- Brass adapter (#18) fits here.

10. HIGH PRESSURE WATER OUTLET FITTING-

Where high pressure hose attaches.

11. PRESSURE REGULATOR- Used to adjust pres-

sure of water coming from pump. Can be adjusted
from 100 - 1500 PSI.

12. 5 HP TECUMSEH ENGINE- Included with this

pressure washer is a copy of the engine
Manufacturer's Operator's Manual. The engine is
shipped without oil. Read Manufacturer's
Operator's Manual for oil recommendations.

13. AIR FILTER- Contains air filter element. Refer to

the engine operator's manual for maintenance.

14. CHOKE- Used for cold starting of engine.

15. EXHAUST MUFFLER- Allows hot exhaust to

exit the machine.

16. HIGH PRESSURE HOSE- 25' X 5/16" high pres-

sure hose.

17. DETERGENT REGULATOR- Used to regulate the

flow of detergent.

18. BRASS ADAPTER- Adapter that garden hose

attaches to.

19. DIPSTICK- Used to check oil level.

1. Slide the axle through the 2

sets of holes in the frame.
Install 1 flat washer and 1 wheel
on the axle on each side. Install
another washer outside each
wheel. Using pliers, push cotter
pins through holes in axle.

2. Insert ends of long handle into the open ends of

the frame. Line the holes up and secure with 1
screw and 1 nut on each side.

3. Install hose storage bracket at top of handle.

Secure with 2 screws on each side. The screws
will form threads in bracket holes as they are
installed.

4. Install lower detergent storage bracket using

2 screws.
