Exposing your jukebox to rough handling for
extended periods can cause skipping. Try not
to continuously jar the player.
How Do I Solve Problems Connecting to
My PC?
Why Can’t I Connect to My PC?
• If the jukebox has powered off, power it
on.
• Windows 98 ® sometimes fails to recognize
the presence of the jukebox. To reconnect
Windows to the jukebox, detach the USB
cable and reattach it.
• Ensure that the AC adaptor is connected.
Why Do I Get “Undefined USB Driver”
Error Messages When I Connect to My
PC?
If you try to connect to your PC before you
install the Music Explorer ® software, your
computer may try to assign an undefined USB
driver to the jukebox. To fix this, remove the
undefined driver and then install the Music
Explorer software. For information on install-
ing Music Explorer, see “Installing Music
Explorer” on page 3. To remove the driver:
1. Keep the jukebox connected to your com-
puter.
2. Click the Start menu.
