If any of these items are missing from the box, contact your
dealer for help.
FCC Licensing
Before you transmit with your radio, you must have the
proper license issued by the Federal Communications
Commission (FCC). Your dealer can tell you what is re-
quired, and can help you with all your future communi-
cation needs.
