pole length – work out the right
size:
The poles are available in four different lengths.
You can calculate the right pole length by multi-
plying your height by 0.68. To make this easier for
you, the sizes are listed in the table below.
Simply round the result up or down to the nearest
available pole length

putting on the hand straps
Put your hand into the hand strap from underneath
and then strap the Velcro around the inside of the
wrist so that the letters R/L can be read (Fig. B).
The wave symbol must be on the back of the hand
(Fig. C).
note: pay attention to the marking r for
the right hand strap and l for the left hand
strap.
