connections are watertight. Also ensure that all
wires of electric appliances are correct and
have been securely installed.
CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY! Please en-
sure that no parts are damaged and that all parts
are correctly assembled. Incorrect assembly
could lead to injury. Please note that washers
and gaskets are wear parts and therefore will
need to be replaced from time to time. Dam-
aged parts could impact safety and function.
Be sure all seals are correctly seated.
SCALDING RISK! When adjusting the hot
water temperature be sure the water tempera-
ture is not too high.
CAUTION! Be careful not to reverse the hot/
cold water plaque 11 . The correct position is:
left = red (hot water),
right = blue (cold water).
CAUTION! DAMAGE TO THE ARTICLE!
Please have all installations performed by
skilled individuals.
Please note that all seals are wear items and
will therefore need to be replaced over time.
Any leakage or sudden escape of water can
cause considerable damage to buildings and
property. All connections must therefore be
checked carefully to ensure that they are tight.
Familiarise yourself prior to installation with all
local conditions, e.g. water connections and
shut-off device.
The product is only suitable for use in rooms
with a temperature above 0 °C.
Installation
Note: Familiarise yourself with the product prior to
assembly. Carefully read the following assembly in-
structions and safety advice. In the event of incor-
rect installation, all warranty claims – particularly
in relation to subsequent damage – are excluded.
CAUTION! Turn off the water supply at the
mains before starting installation. Otherwise
injuries and/or property damage may occur.
CAUTION! Do not twist the connection
hoses
7 or place them under tension.
Note: This step requires a cross-tip screw-
driver, a slotted screwdriver and an open-end
spanner SW 12 mm.
Follow these steps:
Place the fitting base seal 2 inside the groove
on the base of the fitting 1 .
Screw the two flexible connection hoses 7
hand tight into the designated female threads
of the fitting
1 (see Fig. B).
Note: The two flexible connection hoses 7
are identical.

into the left borehole on the fitting body will be
the hot water hose, the flexible connection
hose
7 being screwed into the right borehole
will be the cold water hose.
CAUTION! Be sure to only tighten the flexible
connection hoses 7 hand tight (see Fig. B).
Do not use pliers or a wrench. Otherwise the
product could be damaged.
Remove the locknut 6 from the threaded
bolt 5 and using a screwdriver, screw the
threaded bolt 5 all the way into the desig-
nated female threads at the bottom of the
fitting
1 .
Position the fitting 1 over the sink tap hole.
Under the sink unit first place the C-sealing
washer 3 , then the C-metal washer 4 over
the threaded bolt 5 .
Now attach the fastening nut 6 to the
threaded bolt 5 and tighten with an open-end
spanner SW 12 mm until the fitting 1 is seated
firmly on the sink unit.
Check the seals inside the swivel nuts 8 on
the flexible connection hoses 7 .
Screw the flexible connection hoses 7 to the
angle valves. Be sure to correctly install the
flexible connection hoses
7 to the cold-/hot
water hoses – left flexible connection hose 7
to the hot water connection, left angle valve,
and the right flexible connection hose
7 to
the cold water connection, right angle valve.
