4. mAINTENANCE
4.1. Keep the wheel storage rack clean and wipe off any oil or
grease.
4.2. Periodically lubricate the castor wheels with oil.

3.2.7. Attach the upper section (fig.1-3) to the lower section (fig.1-2).
3.2.8. Insert a support pin (fig.2) and fit a protecting support (fig.3) to
the bottom level of the upper section (fig.1-3) and load the third
wheel.
3.2.9. Fit the final pin (fig.2) and protecting support (fig.3) to the top
level of the upper section (fig.1-3) and load the last wheel (fig.4).
3.3. Transporting the Load.
3.3.1. Ensure that the path to the storage location is level, clear and
free from debris.
3.3.2. release the brakes on all four castor wheels.
3.3.3. Push rather than pull the load to the storage area.
3.3.4. Once the loaded wheel rack is at the storage location, apply all
four castor wheel brakes.
3.4. Unloading
3.4.1. Ensure that all four castor wheel brakes are applied.
3.4.2. Unloading is the reverse of loading. remove the top wheel, lift
off the protecting support (fig.3) and extract the pin (fig.2).
3.4.3. continue with the other wheels until unloading is completed.
3.4.4. When not in use, it is recommended that the wheel storage rack
is assembled as shown in fig.5 to reduce the likelihood of any
components becoming lost or damaged. Store in a safe, dry,
childproof location.
