1.1 general saFety

Warning! Ensure Health & Safety, and local authority regulations
are adhered to when assembling and using these storage
system.

Locate storage system in a suitable area where they will not be an
obstruction.

Keep the general area clean, uncluttered and ensure there is
adequate lighting.

Warning! Erect storage system on a level and solid surface
such as concrete.

Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the storage
area.

Do not use the storage system for any purpose other than that
for which they are designed.

Do not site the storage system out of doors.

Do not get the storage system wet or use in damp or wet
locations or areas where there is condensation.

Do not clean with any solvents which may damage the coated
surface.

Ensure that the storage system is properly assembled before
loading with heavy items.


Place heavier items lower on the storage system.

Always push the storage system from the sides, pushing from
the front or back creates a tipping hazard.

fixing kit allows multiple units to be joined together. compatible with
tPs22 and tPs36 to make tPs44 and tPs72.
carefully unpack the product and check the contents against the list
below. should any items be missing or damaged, please contact your
sealey dealer.

two people will be needed to assemble the additional storage
system, part disassembly of the original unit will also be necessary.
4.3 assemble the Double Uprights - tPs72 only
4.3.1 take the frames already made and remove the castor from the
right hand side (front and back) and replace with a double pin
castors from the joining kit.
4.3.2 Install two of the upright couplings on each double upright in
the hole specified as per fig.1B, this will lock the uprights
together.
tap the coupling down with a soft faced mallet.
4.3.3 repeat for second frame.
