Warranty, service
We provide a 3 year warranty from date of sale
Our products are manufactured in line with the latest methods and undergo precise quality testing. We guarantee the article"s faultless quality.
We will remedy any material or manufacturing defects free of charge within the warranty period. Should defects contrary to expectations become
apparent, carefully send the packaged article to the service address provided.
Excluded from the warranty are damages based on improper handling, as well as worn parts and consumables. These can be ordered at the owner"s
expense by calling the number given.
Repairs not included in the warranty (e.g. light bulbs), can also be arranged at cost price at the service address provided.
The article will be repaired by the service address provided. Timely handling and return postage can only be carried out if you send it directly to this
address.
