J Schalten Sie den Lichtstrahl ab, bevor Sie das Gerät aus der Hand
legen.
J Verwenden Sie keine optisch stark bündelnden Instrumente (z.B. Lupe)
zur Betrachtung der LED-Strahlung.
J Nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht in Betrieb, wenn es beschädigt ist.

Q Sicherheitshinweise zu Batterien
LEBENSGEFAhR! Batterien können verschluckt werden, was lebens-
gefährlich sein kann. Ist eine Batterie verschluckt worden, muss sofort
medizinische Hilfe in Anspruch genommen werden.
J Entfernen Sie die Batterien, wenn sie längere Zeit nicht verwendet
worden sind, aus dem Gerät.

enthält wichtige Hinweise für Sicherheit, Gebrauch und Entsorgung.
Machen Sie sich vor der ersten Benutzung des Produkts mit allen
Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweisen vertraut. Benutzen Sie das Produkt nur wie
beschrieben und für die angegebenen Einsatzbereiche. Bewahren Sie alle
Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen an einem sicheren Ort auf. Händigen
Sie alle Unterlagen bei Weitergabe des Produkts an Dritte mit aus.

Q Cleaning and Maintenance
j The device should only be cleaned on the outside with a soft dry cloth.
j Under no circumstances should you use liquids or detergents, as these
will damage the device.
Q Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which
you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to
dispose of your worn-out product.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product
properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in
the household waste. Information on collection points and their
opening hours can be obtained from your local authority.
Faulty or used batteries must be recycled in accordance with Directive
2006 / 66 / EC. Please return the batteries and / or the device to the
available collection points.
Environmental damage through
incorrect disposal of the batteries!
Batteries may not be disposed of with the usual domestic waste. They may
contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste treatment
rules and regulations. The chemical symbols for heavy metals are as follows:
Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why you should dispose
of used batteries at a local collection point.

J CAUTION! DANGER OF EXPLOSION! The batteries
must never be recharged!
J If necessary, clean the batteries and device contacts before inserting
the batteries.
J Remove spent batteries immediately from the device. There is an
increased danger of leaks!
J Keep batteries away from children; do not throw them in the fire,
short-circuit them or take them apart.
J If the above instructions are not complied with, the batteries may
discharge themselves beyond their end voltage. There is then a danger
of leaking. If the batteries have leaked inside your device, you should
remove them immediately in order to prevent damage to the device!
J Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Any parts
of the body coming into contact with battery acid should be rinsed off
with copious amounts of water and / or a doctor contacted if necessary!
J Always replace all batteries at the same time and only use the same
type of batteries.
J LED cannot be replaced.
Q Start of operation
Q Inserting / replacing batteries (see diagram)
j Take the battery magazine 3 out of the product by turning the base 4
anti-clockwise and pulling the battery magazine 3 out.
j Insert three 1.5 V / AAA batteries.
Note: Ensure correct polarity. This is indicated on the battery
magazine
3 .
j Push the battery magazine 3 back into the product and screw the
base 4 clockwise into the product again.
Q Switching on / off / function selection
j Press the ON / OFF button 2 to switch the torch 1 on. 3 LEDs will
come on.
j Press the ON / OFF button 2 again. 6 LEDs will come on.
j Press the ON / OFF button 2 again. LEDs will be switched off; at
the same time the krypton lamps will come on.
j Press the ON / OFF button 2 again to switch the torch 1 off.

In the case of damage resulting from non-compliance with these operating
instructions the guarantee claim becomes invalid! No liability is accepted
for consequential damage! In the case of material damage or personal
injury caused by incorrect handling or non-compliance with the safety
instructions, no liability is accepted!

J Do not look directly into the beam of light and do not point it at people
or animals. The beam of light can lead to injuries.
J Do not shine the beam of light onto a mirror or other reflective surfaces.
The uncontrolled deflected beam could injury people or animals.
J Switch the beam of light off before you put the device down.
J Don’t use any magnifying instruments (e.g. magnifying glasses) to look
at the LED beam.
J Do not use the device if it is damaged. Damaged devices represent
a danger of death!
J Under no circumstances should you take the device apart. Improper
repairs may place the user in considerable danger. Repairs should
only be carried out by specialist personnel.
CAUTION! Do not stare into the beam.
Q Safety Instructions for Batteries
DANGER TO LIFE! Batteries could be swallowed, which could pose
a lethal hazard. If a battery has been swallowed, seek medical help
immediately.
J Remove the batteries from the device if they are not going to be used
for a prolonged period.

j Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur äußerlich mit einem weichen trockenen Tuch.
j Verwenden Sie in keinem Fall Flüssigkeiten und keine Reinigungsmittel,
da diese das Gerät beschädigen.
Q Entsorgung
Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien,
die Sie über die örtlichen Recyclingstellen entsorgen können.
Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des ausgedienten Produkts erfahren Sie bei

Batterien dürfen nicht über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Sie können
giftige Schwermetalle enthalten und unterliegen der Sondermüllbehandlung.
Die chemischen Symbole der Schwermetalle sind wie folgt: Cd = Cadmium,
Hg = Quecksilber, Pb = Blei. Geben Sie deshalb verbrauchte Batterien bei
einer kommunalen Sammelstelle ab.

J Reinigen Sie Batterie- und Gerätekontakt vor dem Einlegen falls

J Entfernen Sie erschöpfte Batterien umgehend aus dem Gerät. Es
besteht erhöhte Auslaufgefahr!
J Halten Sie Batterien von Kindern fern, werfen Sie sie nicht ins Feuer,
schließen Sie sie nicht kurz und nehmen Sie sie nicht auseinander.
J Bei Nichtbeachtung der Hinweise können die Batterien über ihre
Endspannung hinaus entladen werden. Es besteht dann die Gefahr des
Auslaufens. Falls die Batterien in Ihrem Gerät ausgelaufen sein sollten,
entnehmen Sie diese sofort, um Schäden am Gerät vorzubeugen!
J Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit Haut, Augen und Schleimhäuten. Bei
Kontakt mit Batteriesäure spülen Sie die betroffene Stelle mit reichlich
Wasser ab und / oder suchen Sie einen Arzt auf!
J Wechseln Sie immer alle Batterien gleichzeitig aus und setzen Sie nur
Batterien des gleichen Typs ein.
J LED kann nicht ersetzt werden.
Q Inbetriebnahme
Q Batterien einsetzen / austauschen

j Entnehmen Sie das Batterie-Magazin 3 aus dem Produkt, indem Sie
den Boden 4 entgegengesetzt des Uhrzeigersinns abschrauben und
das Batterie-Magazin 3 herausziehen.
j Legen Sie drei Batterien vom Typ 1,5 V / AAA ein.
hinweis: Achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Polarität. Diese wird auf
dem Batterie-Magazin
3 angezeigt.
j Schieben Sie das Batterie-Magazin 3 wieder in das Produkt und
schrauben Sie den Boden 4 im Uhrzeigersinn auf das Produkt.
Q Ein- / Ausschalten / Funktion wählen
j Drücken Sie die EIN- / AUS-Taste 2 , um die Taschenlampe 1
einzuschalten. 3 LED werden eingeschaltet.
j Drücken Sie die EIN- / AUS-Taste 2 erneut. 6 LED werden eingeschaltet.
