Normal and safe operation
All of the instructions must be observed to ensure safe operation and to qualify for the manufacturer's warranty,
where applicable. Use the lamp only with the specified mains voltage. The lamp is not a toy. Keep away from
children or people with limited capability.
Change the bulb
Switch off (or remove) the house fuse before changing the light bulb. The lamp head / bulb will become hot during use. Let it cool
down before changing the bulb. Only use the light bulb listed in these instructions and only up to the stated maximum capacity.
1. Unscrew anticlockwise (see illus. p.2,11)
2. Remove the top cover from the lamp base and take out the bulb (see illus. p.2,10+8).
3. Replace it with a new one (see illus. p.2,8).
4. Replace the top cover and tighten the screws by turning them in a clockwise direction. Please make sure that the seal is
correctly positioned between the top cover and acrylic component (see illus. p.2,9-11).
Cleaning
Switch off (or remove) the mains fuse before cleaning the lamp. The bulb becomes hot during operation. Let it cool down first. Only
clean the surface of the lamp. Use only a damp, dust-free cloth to clean. Warning! Do not immerse the lamp in water. This can
cause it to short circuit. A short circuit can lead to injury through electric shock or to substantial material damage or fire.
Disposal
Please dispose of the article in the appropriate manner following the current legal regulations.
