Troubleshooting

Fault

Possible cause, remedy

Loudspeaker LEDs
do not light up.

 Control knob set to "OFF": Turn the

control knob clockwise.

 No USB connection: Check the USB

connection. If you have connected the
loudspeakers to a USB hub, connect the
loudspeakers directly to the USB socket of
your audio device.

 The USB socket of your audio device is

defective.

No sound, but the
LEDs of the loud-
speakers light up.

 Volume setting too low: Turn the control

knob

clockwise.

 Headphones are connected to the

headphone socket : Disconnect the
headphones.

 The audio connector is not correctly inserted:

Check the audio connector and ensure it is
correctly inserted.

 The audio output of your audio device is not

functional: Check the function by connecting
headphones or another loudspeaker to the
output; read the instruction manual of the
audio device.

No sound or insuffi-
cient volume only
on the connected
headphones.

 Volume setting on the audio device too low:

Increase the volume setting on the audio
device.

 Headphones defective: Check their function

by connecting them directly to the audio
device.
