Care and repair
Repair work is required if the device was damaged, liquid has reached
the inside of the housing or the device is no longer working properly. In
such cases the device may no longer be used until the required repairs
have been carried out by a qualified technician.
Always disconnect the loudspeakers from the audio device before
cleaning the speakers. If soiled, clean the speakers with a dry cloth,
and moisten the cloth slightly to remove stubborn dirt. Do not use any
solvents or corrosive or gaseous cleaning agents. Ensure that no
moisture penetrates the product.
Disposal of old devices
The product bears the symbol of a crossed-out wheelie bin. It is
therefore subject to the European Directive 2002/96/EC.
All old electrical and electronic devices must be separated from normal
household waste and disposed of at designated state facilities. The
proper disposal of the product in this manner will prevent harm to the
environment and human health hazards. You can obtain additional infor-
mation about the disposal of the old device from your municipal govern-
ment, the waste disposal office or the dealer from whom you purchased
the product.
