3. Charging
1. Insert the small plug 18 into the socket on the charging
stand 15 and plug the mains adaptor 17 into a wall socket.
2. Place the switched off appliance in the charging stand 15.
The LED 5 glows red while the rechargeable battery is
being charged.
3. When the LED 5 glows green (after approximately
12 hours), remove the appliance from the charging
stand 15. The rechargeable battery is now fully charged. To
avoid overcharging the appliance, do not leave it charging
for any longer.
Before using for the first time, charge the rechargeable bat-
tery for at least 16 hours, even if the LED 5 is already glow-
ing green.
