This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above and

Ensure that no liquids can get into the scales or into the display.

Do not place the scales in the immediate vicinity of heat sources. The
scales and the display may only be operated at temperatures between
10° and 40°C. Higher or lower temperatures can lead to malfunctions
or to permanent damage.

Do not place any weight of more than 180 kg / 396 lb / 28.35 st
on the scales! This could irreparably damage the scales.

Avoid electrostatic charging and discharging. These can cause erroneous
displays and/or the sudden deactivation of the scales.
