THE CONTROL PANEL

The control panel on your Eurotech tumble dryer is easy to understand and simple to operate. Simply press
the On/Off button, select the program temperature (delicate or normal), and turn the Program knob to the
desired setting.

ON/OFF BUTTON

This button turns the power to the machine on and off. The power must be on before you can start a
program.

DELICATE/NORMAL BUTTON

This button lets you select between a normal and low drying temperature.

NOTE: Always refer to the care label on the garment to determine if it can be tumble dried. (See page 9.)

Normal:

The Normal temperature setting is for sturdy fabrics, such as cotton, linen, and denim. If this
button is not pressed in, the temperature setting is Normal.

Delicate: The Delicate temperature setting is for synthetics, such as cotton/polyester blend, rayon, acetate,

washable silk or nylon. If this button is pressed in, the temperature setting is Delicate.

PROGRAM KNOB

To select a program, turn the program knob to the 12:00 position (where
the line on the knob aligns with the dot at the top of the dial, as illustrated).
Wait for a short tone then turn the Program knob to the desired program.
After a brief pause, another tone will sound and the program will begin.

The programs on the right of the dial are for cottons and linens. The
programs on the bottom are for synthetics. You can also set a timed dry
program for 60, 40 or 20 minutes (on top left of dial).

NOTE: The dryer will not start unless the door is closed securely and there

are no items caught between the door and the rubber gasket.

INDICATOR LIGHT AND END-OF-PROGRAM TONE

When you press the On/Off button, the indicator light below it comes on and stays on during the program.
At the end of the program, the light flashes and an end-of-program tone sounds to indicate the program is
complete. This continues until the door is opened or the program knob is turned to the 12:00 position.

COOL-DOWN

Every program ends with a cool-down cycle that is designed to reduce wrinkling. This means the clothes
will be cool when you remove them from the dryer, rather than scorching hot. After the cool-down cycle
ends, the light flashes and an end-of-program tone sounds to indicate the program is complete .

ANTI-CREASE

If the knob is not turned to the 12:00 position or the door is not opened at the end of a program, the Anti-
crease function begins. This means that the drum rotates the clothes once every minute to prevent creases
from setting in. The Anti-crease and end-of-program tone continue until you turn the program knob to the
12:00 position or open the door to remove the laundry.
