5. BELT PULLEY INSTALLATION ONTO KEYWAY-TYPE CRANKSHAFT

When installing the belt pulley and/or clutch onto keyway-type
crankshaft (PTO shaft), proper and correct arrangements are needed.
The following illustration shows the correct installation of the applicable
component parts.

Key Location

When using the belt pulley with the extended boss on both
side as shown in the illustration, put the spacer so that the
key stays in the keyway portion of the crankshaft.
