System Requirements

The IP Intercom HelpDesk software is available at no charge via

the Extron Web site (http://www.extron.com) or the CD that

comes with your IPI. To install and run IP HelpDesk, you need

a PC with the following things installed:
• Windows 2000 or Windows XP Professional
• Pentium 4, 2 GHz or faster microprocessor
• 500 MB RAM, recommended (256 MB minimum)
• 50 MB or more available hard disk space
• Windows-supported sound card, microphone, and speakers
• Microsoft Direct X version 9.0c or later
• Microsoft .NET framework, version 2.0 or later
• network card and a network connection
