2. Pour condensed water out into a ba-

sin or similar receptacle.

3. Slide outlet connections in and refit

condensate tank.
If the programme has been interrup-
ted as a result of the condensate tank
being full: Press the

START PAUSE

button to continue the drying cycle.

The condensate tank has a volume of approx.

4 litres. This is sufficient for around

7kg of laundry which has previously been spun at

1000 revolutions/ minute.

The condensate can be used as distilled water, e.g. for steam ironing. However first
filter the condensate (e.g. with a coffee filter) to remove any residue and small
pieces of fluff.

Cleaning heat exchanger filter

If the indicator CLEAN BASE FILTER lights up, the heat exchanger filter in the
base of the appliance must be cleaned.

To protect the heat pump from dirt, the dryer is fitted with fluff filter, which is
located in the filter housing. Here too large amounts of fluff build up over time,
which affect the function of the appliance.

IMPORTANT
• Operating when the fluff filter is clogged with fluff can damage the dryer. This

also increases energy consumption.

• Never operate the dryer without the fluff filters.
• Do not use the dryer without the fluff filter. A dirty heat pump requires more

energy and can only be cleaned up by means of a costly process.
