Move the throttle grip to the
slowest position and the gearshift
lever or the remote control lever to
the N (neutral) position.
To stop the engine in an emergency,
pull the switch clip out of the engine
or emergency stop switch by pulling
the lanyard.
We suggest that you stop the engine
this way occasionally to verify that
the engine or emergency stop switch
is operating properly.
Turn the ignition switch key to the
OFF position (electric start type)
after verifying the engine or
emergency stop switch operation.
