16. Snap the lid securely onto the carafe before serving.
17. The container is designed for use with this appliance. It must never

19. Do not use a cracked carafe or a carafe that has a loose or weak-
ened handle.
20. Do not clean coffee maker with scouring powders, steel wool pads,
or other abrasive materials.
