To exclude your e-mail address when replying to all
When you reply to all the recipients of an Outlook e-mail, your own e-mail
address will also be added to the recipient list. Customize ActiveSync so that
your e-mail address will be excluded from the recipient list.
1.
In ActiveSync on your phone, select Menu > Options.

Select the E-mail information type and select Settings.
3.
Select Menu > Advanced.
4.
In the My e-mail addresses text box, enter your e-mail address.
5.
Select Done.
6.7 Using Keyboard Shortcuts
You can use keyboard shortcuts to quickly access messaging functions, such
as reply, forward, etc.
To see the list of keyboard shortcuts
1.
Select Start > Messaging and select a messaging account (Text/
Multimedia or any e-mail account).
2.
While on a message list, press any key.
3.
If this is your first time to use keyboard shortcuts, the following
Message Tips screen will appear first:
Select OK to close the screen.
