Replace Carbon Brushes. 3.

Pump is not primed. 1.
Basket Filter is clogged. 2.
All water has been pumped out. 3.
Impeller is worn out or jammed 4.
Prime pump, see instructions page 9. 1.
Check and clean basket filter. 2.
Turn off pump and complete mop up by 3.

Repair or replace Impeller as needed.
