SERVICING YOUR ENGINE
Screw on the new oil filter by hand until the seal contacts the filter
mounting base, then use an oil filter wrench to tighten the filter an
additional 7/8 turn.
9 lbf·ft (12 N·m , 1.2 kgf·m)
Refill the crankcase with the specified amount of the recommended
oil (see page 26). Reinstall the oil filler cap/dipstick.
Start the engine, and check for leaks.
Stop the engine, and check the oil level as described on page 22. If
necessary, add oil to bring the oil level to the upper limit mark on the
dipstick.
