The C2.42 series is designed to reduce
operator fatigue and promote efficient usage
—providing a production advantage in any
season. The heated cab (air-conditioning is
also available) is mounted on a sound- and
vibration-insulated platform reducing wear on
the tractor and the operator. The interior
provides 360° viewing, superior comfort and
safety features, ergonomic controls and easy
operation.
Twice the steering power.
The convenience of articulation is
enhanced with a hydraulic dual steering
system. Two double-acting hydraulic
cylinders produce a push/pull steering
effect enabling the operator to better
maneuver the tractor in confined areas and
meet loads head-on. This system also allows
the tractor to be steered when the engine is
not running.
Reducing stress.
Mowing, spraying or sweeping, the weight and
momentum of a mounted attachment creates a
lot of stress on the tractor—and operator.
HOLDER tractors incorporate a unique system
that compensates for the bounce generated from
working with an attachment at full load, in
rough terrain, mounting curbs, etc. The
hydraulic accumulator allows the attachment to
float independently of the tractor, prolonging the
life of the tractor, reducing operator fatigue and
improving handling.
