To upgrade firmware using a
data disc

From your computer, connect to the
Internet and visit the manufacturer’s
website.

Download the firmware upgrade file
(*.iso) to your computer.

Use a commercial software, such as
Nero™, to convert *.iso file to a disc
image.

Burn the converted file onto a disc.

Remove any inserted disc or USB drive
from the BD player. And turn off the BD
player.

Turn the BD player back on.

Insert the upgrade disc. The upgrade
screen may take some time to appear.

Follow the on-screen instructions to
start upgrade. If the disc does not
automatically upload update, press HOME
on the remote control. Press
to select General Setting > System >
Upgrade > Disc, then press OK. The
firmware begins upgrade.

Once completed, a message will appear
on screen.
