The Video Features Submenu is for setting the
display parameters.

display. When enabled, displays with less than pixel resolution
1024 x 768 will still cover the entire screen.

[Disabled] Allows you to enable or disable TV output.
TV Standard: n NTSC

[NTSC] Allows you to select a TV standard.
