3.7 Connecting devices to the server
All ports are on the rear of the server. Which ports are available on your server depend on the
boards installed. The standard ports are marked with symbols and some are color-coded.

1 = Mouse
2 = Parallel interface (burgundy)
3 = LAN
4 = Monitor (blue) 5 = Serial interface 1 (teal or turquoise)
6 = USB (black)
7 = Keyboard (violet)
Ê Connect the data cables at the server and peripherals.

Some of the devices that you connect require special drivers (see the documentation for
the connected device).
