1. With the power amp on, listen to the system in idle mode (no signal present) with the ground applied
(the signal ground lift switch (2) in the down position).

toma de tierra (interruptor de toma de tierra
(2)hacia abajo).
1. Avec l’amplificateur sous tension (On), écoutez le système sans signal audio appliqué aux entrées
de l’amplificateur et avec la terre reliée à la masse (Commutateur de mise à la terre (2) positionné en
bas).
1. Im eingeschalteten Zustand und ohne Eingangssignal hören Sie sich das Geräusch Ihrer Lautspre-
cher mit verbundener Masse (Groundlift-Schalter (2) = aus, hinunter Position) an.
2. Then turn the power off before moving the signal ground lift switch (2). Lift the ground by moving
the signal ground lift switch (2) up, turn the power back on and listen to determine which position will
provide a signal devoid of background noise and hum. Keep the signal ground lift switch (2) in the
ground position if the noise level remains the same in either position.
2. Luego apagar el equipo antes de mover el interruptor de toma de tierra hacia abajo(2). Levantar la
toma de tierra moviendo el interruptor de toma de tierra hacia arriba. Volver a encender y escuchar
para determinar en que posición hay una señal desprovista de ruidos y zumbidos. Mantener el in-
terruptor de toma de tierra (2) en posición de tierra si el nivel de ruido permanece igual en ambas
posiciones.
2. Avec l’amplificateur éteint, positionnez le commutateur de mise à la terre (2) en haut. Puis remettez
l’amplificateur sous tension & vérifiez - à l’écoute - dans quelle position le son est de la meilleure
qualité. Conservez le réglage procurant le meilleur son.
2. Danach schalten Sie den Verstärker aus und ändern Sie die Position des Groundlift-Schalters (2).
Trennen Sie die Masse, indem Sie den Schalter nach oben schalten, und schalten Sie den Verstärker
wieder ein. Hören Sie, welche Schalterstellung keine Störgeräusche wie Brummen erreicht. Belassen
Sie den Groundlift-Schalter (2) in der Ground-Stellung (links), wenn in beiden Schalterstellungen keine
Störgeräusche auftreten.
CAUTION: DO NOT TERMINATE THE AC GROUND ON THE POWER AMPLIFIER IN ANY WAY. TER-
MINATION OF THE AC GROUND CAN BE HAZARDOUS.
PRECAUCION: NO SACAR LA TOMA DE TIERRA DEL AMPLIFICADOR DE NINGUNA MANERA.
SACAR LA TOMA DE TIERRA PUEDE SER PELIGROSO.
