Configuring Board and Port

If you already have installed the driver and want to re-configure the C168P board
and ports, add more boards or delete boards under Windows 95/98, the following is
the procedure for you.

1. Click on the Taskbar [Start] button, then select [Programs] menu, then

[MOXA Utilities] menu and then [Moxa Smartio/Industio Configuration
Panel
] icon.

2. The Smartio/Industio configuration panel will be popped up. Please see steps 5-

7 in the previous Section “Installing Driver” for more details.

In this configuration panel, you may:

Click [Property] to enter “Property” dialog box to configure the selected
board with the correct “COM Number”, “INT Vector”, “Interrupt no” and
“Base I/O Port Address”. Please see steps 5 to 7 in the previous section,
“Installing Driver”, for more details, except that the “Board Type” field is
not supposed to be changed.

Click [Add] to add one more board that is not yet configured in the system.
Please see steps 5 to 7 in the previous section, “Installing Driver”, for more
details.

Click [Remove] to remove the board currently selected from the configured
board list.

Click [OK] to confirm the configuration changes you made.

l

Click [Cancel] to leave the dialog with the configuration unchanged.
