For ideal listening, the front and center speakers should be at the same height. Position the
front speakers on both sides of the TV at equal distances from the TV. Position the center
speaker on top or below the TV set. Do not place the center speaker farther away from the
listening position then the front speakers.

Position the rear speakers beside or slightly behind your viewing position. If the rear speakers
are placed on the floor, they should be angled up towards the ceiling.

The subwoofer should be placed in a corner or, if that is not possible, against a wall.

The DCP501 should be placed on a dry, smooth, flat surface. Any obstructions that could
interfere with the free flow of air over, under, or around the DCP501 should be removed.

Do not place anything on top of the unit.
