1. Select Menu.
2. Select Home.
How do I complete a download that was
interrupted?
1. Press the Amp’d Live TM button to enter
Amp’d Live TM .
2. Select Menu.
3. Select My Account.
4. Select Pending Download.
Why can’t I get into the Vault?
If you’re over 18 and your age was verified when you
activated your phone, you should have received a PIN
that will give you access to the adult Vault in our
Internet, Entertainment, and Games areas. If you didn’t
receive a PIN and you want to access the adult Vault,
contact Amp’d Mobile

Mobile

I selected On Demand/Streaming. Why can’t I
restart or replay the item?
You can view or play On Demand/Streaming items
only once.

Add2MyList Add the selected item to MyList.
Unsubscribe Cancel the subscription for the selected item.
Delete Delete the selected item from MyList or your phone (depending on the
item selected).
Get More Find other items similar to the selected item.
Shuffle Play songs on current playlist in random order.
Properties Show details for the selected item such as title, artist, album, genre, rating,
and price.
Search Catalog Search for music by artist or title, or search for videos by category and title.
Home Go to the MyStuff main menu.
Help Display helpful hints and explanations for the current screen.
Now Playing Go to Media Player when music is playing in background.
