Press the PLAY/STOP button to
turn on the player.
Press it again to play.

Put the HOLD switch to “OFF”.
To adjust the volume

- When "Hold" is ON, the buttons on the
player will not function.
- When the player is stopped, it will
automatically shut off according to the
"STOP POWER OFF" setting (Refer to
page 43).
Connect the headphones and remote
control as shown below.
