designed

basic

Utility

program

The

Configuration/Setup

Utility

program

is

part

of

the

basic

input/output

system

(BIOS).

Use

it

to

configure

serial

port

assignments,

change

interrupt

request

(IRQ)

settings,

change

the

startup-device

sequence,

set

the

date

and

time,

and

set

passwords.
