B - Spacer not used on motors after 11/16/97.
C - Coupling with Cup for chairs manufactured before 11/12/01 - Use part # 50000X007 as a direct replacement.
D - After 11/11/01 Coupling with Cup was resized from approximately 1" to 1-5/16" diameter and can be used as a direct
replacement for part number 5165204
E - No Longer Available (NLA). Convert to a right and left 4-Pole Motor/Gearbox Assembly part #'s 1085951 & 1085952
E1 - The following components will also be required for chairs manufactured before 7/1/98, (1 ea. part# 1070409 Spring Loaded
Anti-Tippers), (1 ea. part# 1082602 & 1082603 RT/LT 2G Suspension Arm, 4 ea. of part# 1043628 & 1043629 Screws),
E2 - The MKIV Controller needs to be upgraded if manufactured before June of 1996 - Serial # 8496F674 - and has not been
repaired since then. See MKIV Controller page for part number
