Refilling Staples
QMS 4525 Print System User's Guide 4-14
Use the following procedure to install a new roll of staples:
1 Open the stacker/
stapler top cover by
pressing the release
button located near
the right-front cor-
ner of the cover.
Lift the cover to the
open position.
2 Gently press down
on the top of the
black plastic staple
roll cover to release
the top tab.
3 Lift the cover out
and lay it aside.
4 Remove the retaining tape from a new roll of staples.
5 Place the new roll in
the roll holder with
the leading end lying
along the guide.
6 Push the green lever to the left until the stapler clicks
open.
