13 Troubleshooting
If you have not been able to solve the problem, contact Customer Support in your country. You will

Problem Cause Action
ERROR 2 is displayed. If the device was
exposed to the cold
for a long period of
time, it is disabled
from heating up due
to safety reasons.
l Warm up the device at room
temperature.
Other ERROR messages
are displayed.
– l Turn your IMPRESSA off at the power
switch. Contact Customer Support in your
