Every 4500 Hours
• Replace crankshaft vibration dampener
Every 2000 Hours
• Change hydraulic oil • Clean case drain strainer element
• Change engine coolant & flush cooling system
• Clean hydraulic tank magnetic plug • Check engine serpentine belt & tensioner
• Take diesel fuel analysis sample • Check engine fan belt tension
• Change fuel/water separator filter element
Every 1000 Hours
• Check radiator coolant system fluid levels
Every 500 Hours
• Change engine air filters
• Check turntable bearing mounting screws (torque if required)
• Change hydraulic oil return filters
• Drain water and sediment from fuel tank
• Take hydraulic fluid analysis sample
• Change engine fuel filter • Take engine oil analysis sample
Every 100 Hours
• Check seatbelt and belt support • Check swing gearbox bolts (torque if required)
• Change pilot pressure filter
• Change engine oil
Every 250 Hours
• Replace engine oil filter
• Check hydraulic pump mounting bolts (torque if required)
• Change oil in the swing drive gearbox
• Check engine mounting bolts • Check boom and cylinder pin retainers
• Check hydraulic pump mounting bolts • Check stabilizer and cylinder pin retainers
• Check and clean radiator and oil cooler fins
100 Hour Follow-up
• Change engine break-in oil
• Check swing drive gearbox oil level
• Change engine oil filter
Every 50 Hours or weekly
Every 8 hours or Daily
• Lubricate grapple
• Lubricate ring gear and turntable bearings
• Check engine coolant level • Lubricate boom joints and cylinder ends
• Check engine oil level
• Check air filter restriction indicator and ducting
• Check and drain final fuel filter water separator • Lubricate stabilizer and cylinder pins
• Check hydraulic fluid level
• Check hydraulic filter indicators. • Check operation of engine gauges
• Clean external surfaces and engine compartment
• Take engine coolant analysis sample
• Change swing drive gearbox oil
