Resetting All Options
To reset all options back to their factory settings except for
the unlock code, security code, and lifetime timer:

To reset all options back to their factory settings and
clear all user entries (such as Phonebook entries and
downloaded wallpapers, screen savers, and sounds):
Warning: This option erases all user-entered information
stored in your phone’s memory, including phonebook and
datebook entries and downloaded files. Once you erase
the information, it cannot be recovered. It resets all options
back to their factory settings except for the unlock code,
security code, and lifetime timer.
