Deleting program information

When you want to delete the stored information for each
recorded program, follow the procedure below by using
the Remote.
• Program information for the Video Navigation function

is deleted, but the recorded program will not be erased.

Load a cassette

Insert a tape on which there is a program you want
to edit.

Access Video Navigation screen

Press [NAVI].

Select program

“*” is displayed beside the tape number of the
loaded cassette.

The cassette mark is displayed on the left of the
tape title. The items without the cassette marks
are the program titles included in the tape.

To go to another page of the lists, press [<] or [>].

Return to normal screen

Press [NAVI]

Checking memory

You can check the amount of recorded information in the
VCR’s memory.

Access Video Navigation screen

Press [NAVI].

Access Navigation Set Up screen

Press [FGD E] to move the arrow to “NAVI. SET
UP”.

Check memory

Return to normal screen

Press [NAVI].

If memory is full, you have to delete unwanted
information to store more information in the VCR’s
memory.

ATTENTION:

Once the information is deleted, it is impossible to restore
that information.

Press [FG] to select the
program you want to
edit, then press [OK].

Press [D E] to move
the arrow to “DELETE”,
then press [OK].

Press [D E] to move
the highlight bar to
“YES”, then press [OK].
