TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Should you experience any difficulties in the use of this player please refer to the following chart or
call 1 800 777 5331 for Product Service and Support.
Symptom Possible Problem Solution
Using a wrong iPod adaptor Make sure the adaptor properly fits for your iPod. Cannot dock iPod
properly
iPod is not installed
properly. Remove your iPod from the dock and check for any
obstruction on the connectors in the dock and on your
iPod, then reseat it in the dock.
iPod is not installed
properly. Remove your iPod from the dock and check for any
obstruction on the connectors in the dock and on your
iPod, then reseat in the dock. iPod does not
respond to the unit.
Your iPod software is too
old Update software on your iPod. For details, please visit
http://www.apple.com/ipod/download
No sound when
iPod plays AUX IN Jack is plugged Unplug the audio connection cable.
No sound from
speaker in AUX
mode Input source is low Increase the volume level on the audio source device.
No sound when
played in the AUX
Mode
Power to external source
(MP3, Laptop etc) not
switched on.
Master Volume is at
minimum. Switch on the power of the external source.
Adjust the master volume
Too much distortion Batteries are low. change
the New Batteries Replace all batteries by fresh ones .
