Standard Recording
This is the basic method for recording. You can record from a tape in Deck A, a CD, the Tuner or Auxiliary source.
Insert a tape into Deck B to be recorded. Only Deck B can record.
On the Unit
1. Insert a blank or erasable tape into Deck
B.
2. Press the
REVERSE MODE
button if
you want to record on both sides of the
tape. Press until the

3. Check the recording direction for the
tape.
If you want to change the tape direc-

into Deck A, playing CDs, tuning in a
radio station or turning on the connected
equipment.

to start recording. Use this button also
if the recording is Paused.
6. To Stop recording, press

button.
On the Remote Control
1. Insert a blank or erasable tape into Deck
B on the unit.
2. Press the

the unit if you want to record on both
sides of the tape.
3. Check the recording direction for the
tape.
