Network Aggregation Plan
With 16 parallel bridging ports (i.e., 16 distinct collision domains), this
switch can collapse a complex network down into a single efficient bridged
node, increasing overall bandwidth and throughput.
In the figure below, the 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX ports on the switch are
providing 100 Mbps connectivity for up to 16 segments. In addition, the
switch is also connecting servers at 100 Mbps.
